I am a Washington State licensed Mortgage Broker (510-LO-27336). I have certified training certificates of completion through the School of Mortgage Lending (Washington State Regulatory Laws) and I also attend a number of continuing education courses and meetings annually in an effort to stay ahead of what’s to come in our industry. I attend annual meetings through the National Association of Mortgage Brokers to discuss and give input on many industry related issues, because I am passionate about what I do. As a life-long resident of Whatcom County, I have seen the amazing growth and potential that this area has to offer. Neighborhood Mortgage is truly a local business, whose goal is to help our clients achieve the American dream. In the last 4 years, we have received recognition from the Bellingham Chamber of Commerce as a “Small Business of the Year” runner-up for 2006 and 2007. We also were nominated by Northwest Business Monthly for “Start Up Business of the Year” in 2007.
Neighborhood Mortgage specializes in every sort of residential lending. This includes purchases, refinances, home equity lines of credit, construction loans and land loans. I am excited to say that we are expanding our line of products to include commercial loans. We now have very competitive commercial lending alternatives that range from purchase, construction and condo-conversion loans.
I am very involved in our local community. I am presently an ambassador for Whatcom County Chamber of Commerce and I am a volunteer for Habitat for Humanities. I am also a member of the Whatcom County Association of Realtors, Building Industry Association, Whatcom Young Professionals, and the Blaine, Ferndale and Lynden Chamber of Commerce.
